Position: Full time onsite - Day & Night Shift

• ent:Execute daily production schedules, ensuring quality standards and delivery targets are

Team Leadership & Develop

• ovement:Generate and analyse production reports, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide actionable insights for process impro

the BOM.

• processes.Proven track record of supervisory experience leading hourly production employees, including coaching, feedback, and accountability, while ensuring safety, quality, and productivit
• y targets.Proven ability to read, write, and communicate effectively i
• n English.Demonstrated safety-first leadership with consistent enforcement of safety
• standardsExperienced in planning and executing production work, including labour allocation and task prior
