Product Officer

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the complete product lifecycle — from listing and pricing to promotions and phase-out.

• Coordinate with suppliers, distributors, and internal teams to ensure timely product availability.

• Conduct market research to analyze trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior.

• Prepare product performance reports and suggest improvements in assortment and pricing strategy.

• Support sales and marketing teams with product information, technical details, and promotional content.

• Plan and implement in-store displays, demos, and promotional campaigns to enhance product visibility.

• Maintain accurate product data sheets, images, and specifications for catalogues and online listings.

• Liaise with hypermarkets and retail partners for new product placements and category expansion.

• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with logistics for replenishment.

• Ensure compliance with product standards, packaging, and labeling requirements.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in product management or merchandising (preferably in electronics or household items).

• Strong knowledge of UAE retail and hypermarket operations.

• Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and product management tools.

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
