Job Description

About Zeroe

Zeroe is where sustainability starts.

We are building the sustainability data infrastructure that connects business operations to auditable, multi-metric outcomes. Zeroe operationalizes the full data lifecycle: collection, transformation, validation, and traceability, across entities, suppliers, and business units. Sustainability reporting becomes the natural output once the inputs are trustworthy.

Built for the realities of emerging markets and complex enterprise environments, Zeroe provides the foundation regulators, investors, and climate funds require to turn sustainability targets into measurable, financeable outcomes.

We’re defining a new software category: sustainability data infrastructure, the system that connects enterprise operations to defensible results across carbon, energy, water, waste, and finance.

At Zeroe, sustainability begins with data you can trust. From that foundation, our platform governs, calculates, and reports every sustainability metric with audit-ready precision. For enterprises, this transforms sustainability from a reporting obligation into a performance system, aligning operational efficiency, compliance, and access to capital.

Zeroe is where sustainability starts, and where it scales.

Role Overview

The Product Marketing Manager (PMM) sits at the intersection of product, marketing, and commercial execution.

You will manage internal and external product communication messaging, from translating complex technical capabilities into clear, market-ready narratives to ensuring internal teams and customers are informed, aligned, and confident in every release.

This is a hands-on builder role in a rapidly scaling technology company. You will craft messaging frameworks, author release notes and customer announcements, create launch toolkits, and shape Zeroe’s product storytelling end to end.

You’ll be both the translator and architect of Zeroe’s product narrative, ensuring that what we build, what we say, and what customers experience are perfectly aligned.

Key Responsibilities
  • Translate technical complexity into clarity: Develop and maintain messaging frameworks that articulate Zeroe’s data architecture, AI capabilities, and sustainability infrastructure for both technical and executive audiences.
  • Own product communications: Prepare and distribute internal product release notes, as well as external customer communications that highlight new features, improvements, and capabilities.
  • Support go-to-market execution: Partner with Product and Marketing to develop launch briefs, value propositions, and enablement assets for new features and product updates.
  • Create enablement materials: Produce solution one-pagers, competitive comparisons, internal FAQs, and explainer decks used by commercial and customer teams.
  • Craft compelling narratives: Connect Zeroe’s technology to tangible business outcomes—helping decision-makers see how data infrastructure drives performance, compliance, and finance readiness.
  • Gather and synthesize insights: Act as the feedback bridge between customers and Product, translating field insights and market trends into actionable input for roadmap prioritization.
  • Monitor the market: Track competitors, frameworks, and emerging trends (e.g., GHG Protocol, CSRD, IFRS) to inform messaging, positioning, and differentiation.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure consistent storytelling and knowledge alignment across teams.

Deliverables

  • Demonstrated contribution to product launch success and sales enablement effectiveness
  • Accurate and up-to-date product fact sheets and collateral maintained at all times
  • Positive team feedback about your collaboration and teamwork
  • Can-do attitude.

Candidate Profile

You are an experienced B2B SaaS product marketer with a deep understanding of how technology products are built, positioned, and scaled.

You can translate complex data systems and AI workflows into clear, outcome-oriented narratives that resonate with executives and technical teams alike.

You thrive in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments where precision and execution matter. You collaborate on strategy and take ownership of delivery and have the range to move between technical detail and strategic storytelling.

You don’t need to be a sustainability expert (although a good understanding of sustainability is a big plus), but you should believe in its strategic importance for the future of business.

You are creative, on-the-ball, and bring energy to the team. You are excellent with admin and managing expectations both up and down the chain.

Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B SaaS product marketing, ideally in data, analytics, or enterprise software environments
  • Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into engaging, commercially resonant messaging
  • Experience writing internal and external product communications, including release notes and customer update emails
  • Exceptional command of English communication, both written and verbal
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and collaboration skills with meticulous attention to detail
  • Experience collaborating with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related technical discipline (advanced degree preferred)
  • Familiarity with sustainability, ESG, or climate technology is a plus, not a prerequisite
  • Comfortable working with modern marketing and product tools (e.g., HubSpot, Notion, Jira, Confluence, or equivalents)
  • Comfortable working with AI (Gemini, Claude, ChatGPT etc) in your daily operations

Why This Role Matters

This is an opportunity to define how a new category, sustainability data infrastructure, is communicated to the world.

You’ll work directly with senior leadership, influence product evolution, and own the language that connects technology, data, and sustainability outcomes.

You’ll join a collaborative, data-driven team that values precision, clarity, and speed. Every voice matters here, and every project directly shapes how enterprises act on sustainability data.

Over time, this role will evolve into the cornerstone of Zeroe’s product marketing function—defining our go-to-market playbooks, shaping product narrative strategy, and scaling the communication frameworks that will take Zeroe global.
