Podcast Producer

As a Podcast Producer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and expanding a dynamic podcast and digital content platform focused on delivering expert perspectives and industry insights to a global audience. This position is based on-site in the United Arab Emirates and is ideal for a creative professional with a passion for storytelling, audio production, and thought leadership. You will collaborate with stakeholders to develop compelling content, manage the end-to-end production process, and ensure the highest quality standards for each episode.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full podcast production cycle, from concept development to post-production and publishing
• Coordinate with hosts, guests, and stakeholders to plan and schedule recordings
• Research topics, prepare interview questions, and support content development to ensure engaging and insightful episodes
• Operate recording equipment and manage audio engineering tasks, including editing, mixing, and mastering
• Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and maintains a professional tone
• Manage distribution across podcast platforms and digital channels
• Monitor analytics and audience feedback to inform content strategy and continuous improvement
• Stay updated on podcasting trends and recommend innovative approaches to grow audience reach
  
  

Skills And Requirements

• Proven experience producing podcasts or similar audio content, with a strong portfolio of published work
• Proficiency in audio editing software (e.g., Adobe Audition, Audacity, Pro Tools)
• Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple episodes simultaneously
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with hosts, guests, and team members
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and storytelling
• Ability to work on-site in the United Arab Emirates
• Familiarity with podcast distribution platforms and analytics tools
