Reporting to: PR & Events Director

Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Position Purpose

Work as part of the PR & Events team to create engaging and memorable activations and experiences across the MENA region. Support the team with monthly and bi-monthly reporting (SEPHORA led and brand led) as well as ongoing media requests. Drive Sephora’s awareness and desirability by leading and managing key influencer and talent activations within the region, ensuring the strategy and execution are tailored to each market with clear priorities and KPIs in mind.

Influencer & Media Relations

  • Support the planning, coordination, and execution of influencer campaigns and brand activations across MENA markets.
  • Identify, negotiate, and liaise with influencers, content creators, and talent to ensure impactful collaborations aligned with brand objectives.
  • Maintain and regularly update comprehensive media and influencer databases to ensure accurate and relevant contact lists.
  • Manage product seedings end-to-end — from planning and coordination to tracking deliveries, monitoring content, and compiling performance results.
  • Support the execution of PR and media activations, including product launches, press events, regional experiences, and brand storytelling initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (marketing, merchandising, retail, e-commerce) and external partners (PR agencies, talent agencies) to ensure seamless campaign delivery.

Commercial & Strategic Projects

  • Manage and execute Key Commercial Period Projects (e.g., Ramadan, Eid, National Days, Holiday season) — ensuring cohesive PR and influencer strategies that amplify commercial objectives and drive brand love.
  • Support the development of strategic communication plans around key launches, brand collaborations, and regional campaigns.

Budgeting

  • Support budget management by tracking PR and influencer spending, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within approved budgets.

Reporting

  • Prepare and deliver monthly, quarterly, and bi-annual reports covering influencer performance, media coverage, and PR campaign results against defined KPIs and ROI targets.
  • Monitor earned media coverage, social sentiment, and influencer performance metrics to generate actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Assist with administrative and operational tasks, including product dispatches, event logistics, and updating PR calendars and databases.

  • +2 years’ experience in a similar PR/social/digital media role. Beauty/fashion industry/retail environment preferred.
  • Skills: MS Office, PowerPoint, Excel.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and influencer management tools.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Languages: English + Arabic (optional).
  • Willing and able to travel as required.
  • Excellent presentation & communication skills.
  • Flexible and agile.
  • Excellent organizational and negotiation skills.
  • Strong data analytical skills- curiosity to work with new tools and able to derive key strategic decisions.
  • Creative and able to find the best, practical solutions.
  • Good social media knowledge.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with key people or organizations.
  • High level of energy, enthusiasm, and motivation
