The PR Executive, plays a crucial support role within our Public Relations team, assisting in the execution of dynamic PR strategies for our diverse portfolio of sports and entertainment clients. This position involves direct support for client accounts, active media engagement, content creation, and campaign coordination. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, highly organized, possess strong communication skills, and have a foundational understanding of the sports and entertainment landscape in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Account Support:
Assist the Sr PR Manager in the day-to-day management of client accounts, including scheduling, meeting preparation, and developing client reports.
Support the drafting of client-facing communications, meeting agendas, and contact reports.
Maintain organized client files and project documentation.
Media Relations & Outreach:
Develop and maintain up-to-date media lists tailored to client needs across sports, entertainment, lifestyle, and business verticals.
Assist in media outreach efforts, including preparing media kits, pitching stories, and coordinating interviews.
Monitor media coverage for clients and relevant industry news, compiling daily/weekly clips.
Cultivate relationships with junior journalists, bloggers, and influencers in target sectors.
Content Creation & Management:
Draft and proofread press releases, media alerts, Q&As, fact sheets, social media content, and other PR materials under supervision.
Assist in research for content development and thought leadership pieces.
Support the coordination of content approvals with clients and internal teams.
Campaign Execution & Coordination:
Support the planning and execution of PR campaigns, events, and activations (e.g., press conferences, product launches, athlete appearances).
Coordinate logistics for media events, including venue booking, guest lists, and material preparation.
Assist in managing PR budgets and tracking expenses for specific campaigns.
Reporting & Measurement:
Compile media coverage reports, sentiment analysis, and campaign performance data.
Contribute to post-campaign reports and presentations, demonstrating PR value.
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) as defined by client objectives.
Industry Awareness:
Stay informed on current trends, news, and developments within the sports and entertainment industries, particularly in the UAE.
Research competitors PR activities and industry best practices.
Skills & Competencies:
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; ability to articulate ideas clearly and concisely. Arabic proficiency is a significant advantage.
Organizational Excellence: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
Proactivity & Initiative: A self-starter with the ability to anticipate needs, identify opportunities, and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
Interpersonal Skills: Professional and personable demeanor with the ability to build rapport with team members, clients, and media contacts.

Media Savvy: Foundational understanding of traditional and digital media landscapes, including social media platforms and their role in PR.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in public relations, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in Public Relations, preferably within an agency setting.
Prior experience or demonstrable passion for the sports and/or entertainment industries is highly preferred.
Familiarity with the UAE media landscape and cultural nuances is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Experience with PR monitoring tools, media databases, or social listening platforms is an advantage.
Fluency in English is required.
