Operations Intern

GuestReady is a leading short-term rental and hospitality services management company, operating in the UK, France, Portugal, Spain, and the UAE. Since our founding in 2016, we’ve aimed to revolutionize the short-term rental industry through innovative technology and a dedication to exceptional hospitality.

We’re looking for an Operations Intern, who will play a vital role in supporting the daily operations of our holiday homes business.

You will work closely with the Live Operations team to ensure seamless guest experiences and efficient resolution of operational issues. This hands-on internship offers valuable exposure to the fast-paced hospitality industry and the opportunity to contribute to real-time decision-making and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Live Operations team in handling operations-related tickets, including issue tracking, resolution, and escalation when necessary.
• Communicate with guests to address inquiries, resolve concerns, and ensure a smooth stay experience.
• Follow up on operational tasks to ensure timely and efficient completion.
• Provide administrative support to the operations team, including documentation, reporting, and data entry.
• Take ownership of assigned tasks and support ongoing operational projects from planning to execution.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with other teams both internal and external (e.g., housekeeping, maintenance, account managers, onboarding, building management, global customer service) to streamline operations and enhance guest satisfaction.
• Contribute ideas and feedback to improve operational workflows and guest service processes.
