Operations Intern

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience in supporting day-to-day business operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a fresh graduate or student to develop practical skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and processing sales orders, quotations, invoices, and cheques accurately and on time.

• Support the organization and maintenance of operational records and files.

• Help coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of operational processes.

• Contribute to general administrative and operational tasks as required.

• Participate in process improvement initiatives and support ad hoc projects.

Key Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Good organizational and time management skills.

• Effective written and verbal communication.

• Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) is a plus.
