Chair weekly Operations Meetings with various departments to communicate priorities, feedback and delays to ensure that all tasks are in hand and all jobs are on track to meet their shipping date.
Populate and maintain the integrity of data on the ERP system, ensuring that dates, comments and all data elements are up to date and accurate at all times.
Compile job packages (including work orders and route cards) for Sales and Work orders and issue to Workshop personnel.
Coordinate and expedite the workflow of all jobs to ensure that the Salea and Work Orders expected completion dates are met.
Perform all work order tasks in D365.
Prioritise the raw materials and inventory for manufacturing and assembly using D365 in liaison with other team members and Supply Chain.
Liaise with Workshop and Supply Chain colleagues to estimate lead times as required at the customer operation and contract review stage.
Explore and develop inventory functionality in D365 and ensure it is being used to maximum effect (e.g. use of maximum and minimum levels and re-order quantities etc)
Work with Finance department to complete 6 monthly stock counts and assist in resolving all discrepancies identified during the counts.
Maintain accurate maintenance history and other relevant records and certification for rental assets, including flagging to the Sales team and Operations Supervisor when recertification is due.
Complying with established company processes.
Ensuring all relevant shipping documentation is present and correct and filed where necessary.
Contributing to the Management and implementation of relevant reports to be communicated to Managers/Directors.
Active involvement in and identification of continuous improvement opportunities with Huntings processes and systems.
