Nursery Manager

We are looking for an experienced Nursery Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the nursery, ensuring high standards of childcare, education, parent engagement, and team management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the overall day-to-day operations of the nursery branch.
• Ensure the health, safety, wellbeing, and development of all children.
• Oversee the delivery of high-quality educational and learning activities.
• Build strong relationships with parents and handle their inquiries, feedback, and concerns professionally.
• Lead, manage, and motivate a team of approximately 30 employees.
• Monitor staff performance, attendance, and adherence to nursery policies and procedures.
• Ensure the nursery maintains high standards of care, cleanliness, safety, and organization.
• Coordinate with teachers and staff to ensure a positive and engaging environment for children.
• Handle operational issues and ensure smooth coordination across all areas of the nursery.
• Support staff development, training, and performance improvement.
• Ensure compliance with relevant nursery regulations, policies, and standards.

Requirements

• Previous experience in nursery, early childhood education, childcare, or a similar environment.
• Proven experience managing a team, preferably 20+ employees.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong ability to deal with parents and resolve concerns professionally.
• Passion for childcare and early childhood education.
• Highly organized, responsible, and hands-on approach.
