Marketing Director

From London to Dubai, Miami and Hong Kong, LPM brings the French Riviera to the global dining scene. Now we’re opening new cities and new concepts. We need a Marketing Director to tell that story everywhere, in one voice.

The role

Based at our Dubai office, you report to the CEO and shape the LPM brand together. You lead marketing for LPM Restaurant & Bar, Le Café LPM, LPM-sur-MER and the concepts still to come. Your team includes a Creative Manager, Junior Marketing Manager and a Marketing Executive, plus a dotted line to marketing leads in every market.

What You’ll Do

• Lead PR and media relations: drive our agencies, create stories worth telling, secure coverage that matters in every market, and represent LPM at events
• Own social and digital: content strategy, digital acquisition, websites and email, with data behind every decision
• Shape the brand and communication strategy with the CEO, across every concept
• Keep every channel and every market consistent and on-brand
• Create the content behind our employer brand, in partnership with HR
• Work with CRM and Operations to turn first-time guests into regulars
• Own the marketing budget and prove ROI with Finance
• Lead a global marketing community across all our markets and concepts
  
  
  

• 10+ years in marketing and communications with top-tier luxury, hospitality or F&B brands
• A strong PR track record: media relationships, agency management, coverage that moves the business
• Deep digital and social expertise: content, paid acquisition, email, analytics
• Leadership of teams, including remote teams across countries
• Commercial discipline: budgets, ROI, reporting
• Excellent written and spoken English; French is a strong plus
• A bachelor’s in marketing, communications or similar; a master’s is a plus
