Marketing Director

About The Role

Youll lead a 30-plus-person marketing team supporting our Sales, Leasing, Off-Plan, and Property Management divisions. This is not a sit-back strategic role; its for someone who rolls up their sleeves, keeps pace with the business, and knows how to translate needs into smart, effective marketing activity that drives performance.

Youll bring together brand, digital, content, and agent-level support under one high-performing function, making sure every campaign, post, and process connects back to commercial outcomes.

What Youll Do

• Lead all marketing operations across the haus & haus Group, managing workflows, efficiency, and delivery speed.
• Partner closely with Sales and CRM/Data teams to ensure marketing activity aligns with real business needs and performance goals.
• Build systems, templates, and processes that help agents market themselves and their listings effectively — from one-to-one support for Partners and Associate Directors to scalable tools for the wider team.
• Oversee digital, content, and creative outputs to ensure consistent quality and measurable ROI.
• Lead, coach, and motivate a talented in-house marketing team to deliver best-in-class results.
• Analyse performance data, report on ROI, and continuously optimise spend and effort.
• Maintain a culture of energy, accountability, and collaboration across the department.

What Were Looking For

• 5-10 years experience in marketing, with at least 5 years leading large in-house teams.
• Proven track record driving marketing performance in a high-growth, sales-driven environment.
• Deep understanding of digital channels, analytics, CRM integration, and ROI measurement.
• Exceptional organisational and leadership skills. Able to prioritise, delegate, and move fast without losing focus on quality.
• A natural collaborator who can influence across departments and connect creative thinking with commercial outcomes.
• Infectious energy, resilience, and the ability to motivate others under pressure.
