Job Purpose:
Provide technical and maintenance support for ELR and MMI outlets, particularly focusing on coffee machines, refrigeration equipment, and kitchen equipment maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preventive Maintenance: Proactively take measures to prevent equipment breakdowns or failures.
- Helpdesk Maintenance Support: Provide technical support and assistance to users experiencing issues or seeking guidance.
- Reactive Maintenance: Address unexpected equipment failures or malfunctions promptly to minimize disruptions.
Required Qualification and Experience:
- 3+ years of experience as a Maintenance Technician, preferably in the UAE.
- UAE driving license is required.
- Technically qualified with a Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Electrical engineering.
