Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Interior Finishing & Maintenance Technician to join Designhaus Collection. You will be responsible for carrying out maintenance, repairs and installation works across a range of interior finishes, ensuring all works are completed to the highest standards and in line with the company's quality expectations.
What You'll Do
Interior Finishing & Maintenance Works
- Carry out maintenance, install, repair, and rectification of decorative mouldings, wall mouldings, and ceiling details.
- Perform maintenance works on wall cladding, decorative wall panels, wooden panels, and other wall finishes including wallpaper.
- Install shelving, and ready made furniture.
- Repair and touch up paintwork, wall finishes, decorative surfaces, and other interior details.
- Conduct inspections of pre projects interior design projects.
- Report major defects or issues requiring specialized technical intervention.
- Ensure proper use of tools and equipment.
- Coordinate with the project team to obtain the necessary materials for maintenance works
- Follow maintenance schedules and assigned work orders.
- Provide updates on completed and pending maintenance works.
- Report recurring defects, material issues, and additional work requirements to management.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in interior fit-out maintenance or a similar role.
- Hands-on experience with decorative mouldings, wall cladding, wooden panels, and interior finishing works.
- Good knowledge of carpentry, painting, and installation techniques.
- Knowledge of different finishing materials and their maintenance requirements.
- Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality finishing.
- Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication.
