• Job Responsibilities & Tasks Duties include but are not limited to
• Receive Repair Request tasks from maintenance Team Leader and carryout repair activities in accordance with the set procedures, Work Instructions (WI) and Machine Manuals in order to get the machine back into adequate working condition.
• Seek Maintenance Team Leader assistance in troubleshooting breakdowns upon need.
• Request verbally Spare parts from the Maintenance Team Leader to conduct required activity.
• Execute repair tasks and clean the working area from any work residues.
• Execute along with the Preventive Maintenance team by carrying-out activities according to the set checklists and report any new findings to the Lead Technician for further scheduling.
• Assume 5S duties according to the set 5S plan to enhance working condition at his work area and workshop.
• Ensure the requirements of established management Systems Implementation and ensure compliance of food safety management requirements.
