Maintenance Technician

Baldan Group is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician (Biomedical Engineer) to join our Dubai-based team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with aesthetic and laser beauty devices, strong technical skills, and a proactive approach to service delivery.

This is a full-time role with a fixed monthly salary, and it may require occasional on-call availability for urgent service needs.

Please note: Depending on the candidate’s profile and business needs, commercial/sales-related responsibilities (such as providing product demonstrations or supporting client upgrades) may also be part of the role over time.

Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of aesthetic and laser medical devices.
• Ensure safe and optimal performance of equipment at client locations.
• Provide professional and courteous technical support to clients.
• Maintain service records and report issues proactively.
• Respond to on-call service requests, as needed.
• (Potentially) Support sales teams in product presentations, client training, or commercial follow-ups.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in repairing and maintaining aesthetic or laser beauty equipment.
• Strong background in electromechanical systems.
• Ideally based in Dubai and holding own visa (preferred but not mandatory).
• Ability to work independently and solve problems on-site.
• Clear communication skills in English.
• Driving license is not required, but flexibility to move within the city is expected.
• Interest or experience in commercial/sales roles is considered a plus.
