We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Maintenance Engineer to handle the installation, inspection, repair, and preventive maintenance of fire and safety systems. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to ensure compliance with safety codes and standards.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspection, maintenance, and repair of fire safety systems (fire alarms, sprinklers, extinguishers, hydrants, emergency lighting, etc.).
• Troubleshoot system malfunctions and carry out corrective actions promptly.
• Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules for fire protection equipment.
• Read and interpret technical manuals, system drawings, and wiring diagrams.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, repairs, and system performance.
• Ensure all work complies with NFPA, civil defense, and local fire authority regulations.
• Provide technical support to project teams during installations and upgrades.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams for smooth operations.
  
  

✅ Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in maintenance, preferably in fire & safety systems.
• Strong knowledge of fire detection, suppression, and safety equipment.
• Ability to analyze problems and implement effective solutions.
• Good communication skills and professional attitude.
• Physically fit and willing to work on-site, including at heights.
  
  

🎯 Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in Fire & Safety Engineering or Maintenance.
• Familiarity with integrated systems (BMS, access control, CCTV).
• Valid safety training certifications (e.g., Electrical Safety, Work at Heights).
  
  

🕒 Working Conditions

• Site-based work across various project locations.
• May involve emergency service calls, overtime, and weekend shifts.
• PPE and tools will be provided by the company.
