We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Operations Coordinator to manage and oversee our outbound logistics processes for a 10-12 month contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing customer orders, preparing and sending proforma invoices, coordinating with the warehouse for packing and shipping, and ensuring timely delivery of products to our customers.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter and process outbound orders into the company’s order management system accurately and efficiently.
  • Liaise with HO on getting shipping advice & documents.
  • Shipment Clearance and invoice posting in the system.
  • Prepare proforma invoices for customer orders and send them for packing.
  • Follow up with the warehouse team to obtain packing lists and ensure orders are packed as per specifications.
  • Coordinate with the warehouse and shipping partners to arrange timely shipment of orders.
  • Generate and send invoices to customers post-shipment.
  • Track shipments and update customers on order status.
  • Maintain detailed records of orders, invoices, and shipping documents.
  • Address and resolve any logistical issues that may arise during order processing and shipping.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Inventory report, Inbound shipping status report creation and maintenance.

Preferred Background & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in logistics operations, order processing, or supply chain management.
  • Experience in export operations is a plus.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Basic understanding of invoicing, proforma invoices, and customs documentation.
