Logistics Executive

Kazamer Tax Consultant is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Executive to join our operations team in Dubai. This role is ideal for a professional who can efficiently coordinate transportation, procurement, inventory movement, and vendor communications while supporting the company's day-to-day business operations. The successful candidate will help ensure timely deliveries, effective resource management, and smooth operational workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the transportation and delivery of office equipment, documents, and business materials.
• Monitor shipments and ensure timely collection and delivery schedules.
• Liaise with suppliers, courier companies, and logistics service providers.
• Maintain accurate logistics records, shipping documents, and delivery reports.
• Coordinate inventory movement and support office procurement activities.
• Track deliveries and resolve shipment delays or logistics-related issues.
• Prepare logistics reports and update management on operational status.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE transportation regulations.
• Collaborate with internal departments to support operational and administrative requirements.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in logistics, transportation, procurement, or supply chain operations.
• Good knowledge of logistics coordination, inventory management, and shipment documentation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and logistics or ERP software.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
• Knowledge of UAE logistics procedures and vendor management is an advantage.
