Logistics Executive

Noorka Logistics is seeking a highly organized and proactive Logistics Executive to join our operations team in Dubai. This position is ideal for a professional who understands supply chain coordination, shipment tracking, and client servicing, and who can ensure smooth and timely logistics operations in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate domestic and international shipments efficiently.
• Monitor shipment schedules and ensure timely delivery to clients.
• Communicate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and transport providers.
• Prepare shipping documents including invoices, packing lists, and delivery notes.
• Track shipments and update customers regarding delivery status.
• Handle customs documentation and ensure compliance with UAE regulations.
• Manage inventory records and coordinate with warehouse teams.
• Resolve logistics-related issues and provide timely solutions.
• Prepare logistics reports and performance summaries for management.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in logistics or supply chain operations.
• Knowledge of import/export procedures and documentation.
• Familiarity with UAE customs regulations.
• Proficiency in MS Office and logistics management systems.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
