Logistics Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day logistics activities to support timely movement of materials, equipment, and supplies.
  
• Track incoming and outgoing shipments and maintain accurate logistics status records.
  
• Coordinate with suppliers, transport providers, warehouses, and internal project teams.
  
• Prepare and verify delivery notes, shipping documents, purchase-related records, and logistics documentation.
  
• Monitor delivery schedules and proactively follow up on delays or discrepancies.
  
• Maintain accurate inventory and material movement records using spreadsheets or logistics systems.
  
• Support site and project teams with material availability and delivery coordination.
  
• Ensure logistics activities comply with organizational procedures and applicable documentation requirements.
  

Required Skills

• Logistics Coordination: Ability to organize material movements, deliveries, and shipment schedules.
