Logistics Coordinator

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Logistics Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end logistics operations, ensuring timely delivery of goods, and maintaining efficient supply chain processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily logistics operations, including shipments, deliveries, and inventory tracking
• Liaise with suppliers, transport providers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations
• Monitor shipment status and resolve delays or issues proactively
• Prepare and manage shipping documents (invoices, packing lists, and customs paperwork)
• Maintain accurate records in ERP or logistics systems
• Optimize routes and transportation costs where possible
• Ensure compliance with local and international shipping regulations
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field (preferred)
• 2+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain coordination
• Strong knowledge of shipping processes and documentation
• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
