Logistics Coordinator

Skills & Competencies Required

• Strong knowledge of supply chain processes (procurement, logistics, inventory).
• Proficiency in ERP/SAP or similar supply chain management systems.
• Good understanding of customs clearance and international shipping documentation.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  
  

• Job & Purchase Management
• Create new JOPN in the system as per customer purchase orders.
• Generate job invoices from JOPNs.
• Raise PO1 based on project/factory in-charge quotations.
• Material & Billing Process
• Manage Material Issue (MI3).
• Create PO_BILL and GR_BILL received from site supervisors.
• Logistics & Shipment Coordination
• Obtain shipping quotes from freight agents.
• Coordinate and follow up with suppliers and shipping agents for timely deliveries.
• Support the central supply chain team with customs clearance and authority approvals.
• Handle MOFA attestation of invoices for international shipments.
• Inventory & Stock Control
• Assist in maintaining accurate stock records.
• Conduct monthly stock takes to ensure accurate tracking of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods.
• Documentation & Delivery
• Prepare packing lists and delivery notes for finished goods.
• Coordinate with customers for delivery scheduling and updates.
