Logistics Coordinator

We are urgently looking for an experienced Logistics Coordinator to join our dynamic team!

If you have a strong background in procurement, international trade, and logistics, we’d love to hear from you.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute procurement and sourcing strategies.
• Negotiate with vendors and build strong supplier relationships.
• Oversee purchasing, contracting, and delivery processes.
• Coordinate international shipments and export documentation (invoices, packing lists, delivery advice, etc.).
• Monitor procurement performance, control costs, and ensure compliance.
• Lead data-driven sourcing initiatives to improve efficiency and performance.

🎯 Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in procurement within a logistics/import-export environment.
• Strong understanding of Incoterms, international shipping, and export documentation.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
• Proficient in supplier management software and data analysis.
• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
• Must currently reside in Dubai and have a valid UAE number (applications from outside Dubai will not be considered).

Immediate joiner preferred.

Age range: 25–35 years old.
