A Kitchen Technician is a specialized mechanic who installs, maintains, and repairs commercial food service equipment. They work in fast-paced environments like hotels, restaurants, and hospitals to prevent equipment downtime and ensure food safety compliance.

• System Monitoring: Inspect refrigeration systems, walk-in coolers, and ventilation hoods.
• Component Replacement: Replace defective parts like heating elements, thermostats, and gaskets.
• Safety Compliance: Ensure all machinery meets local health, safety, and gas codes.
