Investor Relations Manager

Job Description

The Investor Relations Manager owns FRAMEX's relationships with investors, from initial outreach through to deal closing. This role requires a blend of relationship management, financial storytelling, and negotiation skill, ensuring investors are matched with the right opportunities and kept engaged throughout the investment lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

•      Build and maintain a network of individual and institutional investors

•      Present investment opportunities clearly and persuasively to prospective investors

•      Manage ongoing investor communications, updates, and reporting

•      Lead negotiations on investment terms through to deal closing

•      Collaborate with the Franchise Investment Manager to align investor interests with available opportunities

•      Represent FRAMEX at investor events, roadshows, and industry conferences

•      Maintain accurate CRM records of investor interactions and pipeline status

Candidate Requirements

•      Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field; MBA a plus

•      6+ years of experience in investor relations, private equity, or investment banking

•      Strong presentation and relationship-building skills

•      Proven ability to close deals with high-net-worth individuals or institutional investors

•      Deep understanding of investment structures and franchise/business investment models

•      Existing network of investors in the UAE/GCC is highly advantageous
