Investor Relations Analyst

The Role

The global capital formation team is hiring for capital-raising positions within its investor relations function. These are commercial, relationship-driven roles with direct responsibility for fundraising outcomes. They are not support or passive IR positions.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent a portfolio of global alternative investment funds across private equity, private credit, venture capital, real assets, and related strategies
• Manage the fundraising process from investor targeting and outreach through meetings, roadshows, due diligence, pipeline management, and closings
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with institutional investors including sovereign wealth funds, pensions, insurers, family offices, and investment firms
• Work directly with fund managers to develop a thorough understanding of investment strategy, track record, and positioning, and communicate this to institutional allocators
• Maintain an investor pipeline through consistent CRM usage, accurate reporting, and structured follow-up
• Operate within a team environment with defined KPIs and a commercial performance culture
  
  

Skills & Experience

• Background in capital raising, fund placement, institutional sales, or investor relations, ideally within private markets or alternative investments
• Confidence engaging senior institutional investors and articulating complex investment strategies clearly
• Comfort working toward defined fundraising targets and performance metrics
• Strong relationship management skills with the ability to build trust across long investment cycles
• High standards of professionalism, preparation, and execution
• Familiarity with the GCC institutional investor landscape is advantageous but not required
• Arabic language skills are a plus but not essential
