Job Responsibilities
1. International Market Development and Customer Management
Target Market Expansion: Lead customer development in the Middle East region, formulate customer development strategies, identify potential customers, and achieve annual sales targets.
Customer Relationship Maintenance: Maintain existing customers, explore repeat purchase needs, and improve customer satisfaction.
Channel Construction: Establish overseas industry partners and optimize channel layout.
2. Cross-border Order Execution and Risk Control
Full-process Management: Lead the handling of inquiries, quotations, contract negotiations, logistics coordination, and after-sales support. Be familiar with international trade terms (FOB, CIF) and payment methods (Letter of Credit, T/T), and avoid risks such as exchange rate fluctuations and policy changes.
Compliance Management: Ensure exported products comply with market regulations (e.g., China's Export Control Rules, EU CE Certification, US FCC Certification) and track changes in international policies.
3. Market Insight and Strategy Formulation
Industry Analysis: Collect information on competitors' dynamics and customer needs, and provide suggestions for the company's product optimization.
Brand Promotion: Participate in international exhibitions to enhance brand awareness and obtain potential customer leads.
4. Cross-departmental Collaboration and Resource Integration
Technical Collaboration: Communicate customers' technical requirements with the R&D team and promote the delivery of customized products.
Supply Chain Coordination: Collaborate with the production and logistics teams to ensure on-time order delivery.
Job Requirements
1.Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or above, with priority given to majors in Automation/Control Science and Engineering, Instrument Science and Technology, Electronic Information, and other related fields.
2.Work Experience: More than 3-5 years of sales experience in the industry, or more than 2-3 years of sales experience in inertial navigation products. Familiarity with the industry market and sales channels is required; candidates with certain customer resources are preferred.
3.Professional Knowledge: Familiar with the characteristics of the industry market, sales processes, and customer procurement decision-making mechanisms. Candidates with abundant industry customer resources and in-depth relationship networks are preferred; knowledge of industry project operation processes, relevant policies, regulations, and work procedures is required.
4.Foreign Trade Experience: More than 3 years of foreign trade experience in the sensor and intelligent equipment parts industry, with successful cases of developing overseas key customers, and familiar with cross-border e-commerce platforms.
5.Language and Cross-cultural Communication Skills: Proficiency in English (CET-6 or IELTS 6.5+), with priority given to candidates proficient in small languages of the target market (e.g., Arabic). Familiarity with the business culture and negotiation styles in regions such as Europe, America, and the Middle East is required.
6.International Business Knowledge: Master international trade regulations (e.g., WTO Rules, China's Catalogue of Technologies Prohibited or Restricted from Export), and possess capabilities in international market pricing strategies and exchange rate risk management.
