Job Description
IT Specialist & Network Engineer
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, Networks, Firewall , Serves, Telephone System , WiFi Advance configurations
- Router, Switch, Firewall Configuration (Vlan,failover,site-to-site VPN)
- Advance Networking (Configuration, Monitoring)
- Upgrade systems to enable compatible software
- Servers : Hardware and Sofyware Installation
- Replace damaged hardware
- Perform tests on new hardware and software
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Secure the data by doing daily, monthly and yearly backup.
- IP PBX : 3CX, Grandstream
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
- Qualifications for IT Support
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
- Experience troubleshooting systems
- Skilled in database programming and software installation
- Proficient with Operating Systems such as MAC, Windows, Linux, SQL..
- Excellent languagae proficiency in English,Arabic, Malayalam, Hindi..
- Familiar with a range of software and hardware
Job Requirements
· Willing to work onsite (customer site)
· Driving License is preferred

.Salary: 4500-6000 AED
