Job Description

We are looking for professional and enthusiastic Housekeeping Team Leader to supervise and coordinate the housekeeping team to ensure high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, presentation, and guest satisfaction throughout the hotel.

• Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations and allocate tasks to team members.
• Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas to ensure cleanliness and hotel standards are maintained.
• Train, guide, and motivate fellow housekeeping attendants to deliver consistent service quality.
• Monitor room status and coordinate closely with Front Office to ensure timely room readiness.
• Ensure proper handling and availability of housekeeping supplies, equipment, and amenities.
• Address guest requests and housekeeping-related concerns promptly and professionally.
• Ensure compliance with hotel hygiene, safety, and housekeeping procedures.
  
  

Qualifications

Your experience and skills include:

• Guest focused personality is essential.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
• Minimum 1-2 years' experience in a similar role.
