About Finkraft

Finkraft is a fintech SaaS company building a Finance Operating System for Travel & Hospitality. We help large enterprises and ecosystem players manage invoicing, indirect taxes (GST/VAT), reconciliation, payments, and compliance through deep, domain-led platforms.

In the Middle East, Finkraft is building a scalable payment and financial orchestration layer for e-invoicing (PEPPOL + Corner-5) across hotels, corporates, and TMCs.

Role Overview

This is a founder-facing, high-impact product leadership role.

You will own the product vision, roadmap, and execution for ASP-agnostic e-invoicing and payment orchestration platforms. The role requires strong regulatory understanding, hospitality domain context, and experience building complex B2B platform products.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Vision

• Own end-to-end product vision and roadmap for e-invoicing and payment orchestration
  

• Translate Corner-5, PEPPOL, and UAE e-invoicing regulations into actionable product requirements
  

• Prioritise MVP vs scale features with a UAE-first rollout and global expansion mindset
  

Domain Expertise & Validation

• Work closely with indirect tax experts and hotel domain specialists to define real-world workflows
  

• Validate product flows through pilots with hotels, corporates, and TMCs
  

• Ensure product logic aligns with operational, compliance, and finance realities
  

Cross-Functional Leadership

• Align engineering, compliance, and GTM teams for predictable and timely product delivery
  

• Ensure product architecture is modular, scalable, and ASP-agnostic
  

• Act as the primary product decision-maker in high-ambiguity environments
  

Metrics & Product Success

• Define and track core KPIs: e-invoice adoption, payment conversion, reconciliation efficiency, ASP integrations
  

• Use pilot and early-customer feedback to iterate rapidly and refine roadmap
  

Requirements

Required Candidate Profile

Experience

• 8–14 years of experience in B2B product management
  

• Background in fintech, regtech, ERP, payments, or compliance platforms
  

• Hands-on experience owning products involving payments, invoicing, or regulatory workflows
  

Skills & Competencies (Must-Have)

• Strong B2B platform product thinking and roadmap ownership
  

• Deep understanding of payments and invoicing ecosystems
  

• Experience with API-first and platform-based product design
  

• Ability to translate regulatory, tax, and hotel domain insights into product features
  

• Founder-level ownership, bias for action, and comfort with ambiguity
