This role involves:


  • To strategically own, lead, and manage the end-to-end guest and visitor experience across all events, channels, and platforms, ensuring a consistently superior and brand-aligned customer journey.
  • To lead cross-functional collaboration with all internal departments to establish and enforce service standards that guarantee a seamless and positive guest experience.
  • To champion and drive the internal implementation, governance, and continual improvement of the Legends Global Experience Programme across the venue.
  • To maintain strong operational presence, visibility, and escalation ownership during live events to ensure service excellence is consistently delivered.

  • This role is on a freelancer agreement, and it requires the candidate to have their own visa / sponsorship. A detailed job description can be found below.

     

    Qualifications:


    • Degree or professional certification in Business Management, Customer Experience, Communications, Hospitality Management, or related discipline.

     

    Experience:


    • Minimum 4–5 years’ experience in a guest experience, CX, or service management role, with 2+ years in a supervisory or management capacity.
    • Previous experience in the UAE, preferably in the Events industry. 
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills. 
    • Fluent in Arabic and English.
    • Strong proficiency in Data Management and Analytics to translate guest feedback into actionable business strategy.
    • Experience in Data Management and Analytics reporting.
