Role Overview

The role of the Growth Manager is part of the Health Ecosystem team, which drives health ecosystem management and performance together with Digital Assets, Digital Health Services, Marketing teams, and other functions across Nextcare and the Allianz Group. The Growth Manager reports to the Head of the Health Ecosystem.

As Growth Manager, you will contribute to shaping and enhancing the value proposition of Nextcare’s TPA business through the strategic development, integration, and scaling of digital (health) capabilities. Your mandate is to strengthen the competitiveness and relevance of our TPA offering by identifying customer needs, market opportunities, and innovative health services that create value for clients, members, providers, and partners. In parallel, you will identify opportunities to position and scale Digital Health Services as standalone propositions across business partners and the Allianz Group.

You work across strategy, proposition development, market intelligence, and go-to-market activities to translate market insights and ecosystem opportunities into actionable growth initiatives. Collaborating closely with business, product, commercial, and digital teams, you support the development and adoption of health solutions that strengthen our TPA proposition, expand Digital Health Services, and drive sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Growth & Proposition Development: Identify opportunities to strengthen and evolve the TPA value proposition through the integration of digital health capabilities. Develop strategic recommendations on service development, market positioning, customer value creation, and ecosystem expansion. Define and validate key business and adoption KPIs to measure success and support strategic decision-making.
• Market Analysis: Conduct market analysis to identify customer needs, industry trends, competitive developments, and emerging opportunities in healthcare and digital health. Translate insights into recommendations for proposition enhancement, service innovation, and ecosystem growth.
• Develop Business Cases: Prioritize, lead, and develop business cases for new products, services, and strategic initiatives. Assess market potential, customer value, strategic fit, implementation feasibility, and business impact to support investment and prioritization decisions.
• Monitor Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track customer adoption, engagement, utilization, and overall business impact of digital products and services. Analyze performance data and generate insights to support continuous improvement and strategic planning.
• Sales & Market Enablement: Ensure understanding of Health Services propositions across Sales and Business Development and customer-facing materials. Provide strategic guidance on market opportunities, proposition positioning, and customer value realization to support adoption and market expansion.
• Collaborate with Partners: Work closely with strategic partners, business stakeholders, and third-party providers to identify ecosystem opportunities, strategic alliances, and collaborative initiatives.
• Digital delivery You work closely with the asset- and service owners to implement and see-through the end-to-end delivery of your client and partners.
  
  

• You have 5+ years of experience in strategy, business development, market management, digital health, or management consulting roles.
• You have a university degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
• You have strong business acumen and experience translating market insights into strategic recommendations and business opportunities.
• You have experience in proposition development, market analysis, and business case development.
• You are a self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset, able to work independently, take ownership, and drive initiatives from concept to execution.
• You think strategically and creatively, combining analytical rigor with a pragmatic, action-oriented mindset.
• You have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• You are comfortable working across functions in a global environment.
• You are familiar with the digital health and insurance/assistance sectors, or keen to build expertise in these areas.
