This is a 3-month internship designed to give emerging creatives hands-on experience working on real projects in a high-performance creative environment.

About the Role

We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Design Intern to support our design team across digital, social, and internal content. This role is ideal for someone who has a strong eye for design, is eager to learn, and wants to develop their skills in a fast-paced creative environment.

You will contribute to ongoing projects while learning how design supports storytelling, branding, and content performance across platforms.

What You’ll Be Learning & Doing

1. Content Design Support (Daily / Weekly)

Under the guidance of the design team, you will support the creation of visual content across platforms:

• Assist in designing social media assets (Instagram posts, stories, thumbnails, etc.)
• Support in creating visual layouts aligned with brand guidelines
• Learn to maintain consistency across all visual outputs
• Work with existing templates and gradually contribute to new design ideas
• Receive regular feedback and direction to improve output quality

2. Creative Development & Execution

Support the design team in translating ideas into visual outputs:

• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative concepts
• Assist in developing visual directions for campaigns and content
• Learn how to adapt designs across multiple formats and platforms
• Support execution from concept to final delivery
• Gain exposure to fast-paced content cycles and iteration processes

3. Organization & Team Support

Help maintain efficiency within the design workflow:

• Organize and manage design files, assets, and internal folders
• Assist in preparing presentations and visual materials
• Ensure proper version control and file naming conventions
• Support the team with administrative design-related tasks

What We’re Looking For

• Currently studying or recently graduated in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
• Basic proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow briefs and guidelines
• A genuine interest in design, branding, and visual storytelling
• Eagerness to learn, take feedback, and improve
• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
• A portfolio showcasing creative and technical skills

Nice to Have

• Basic knowledge of motion graphics or animation
• Familiarity with social media design formats and trends
• Interest in content creation and digital media
