Job Description
Operational:
Train and develop junior staff members.
Coordinate with planner and schedule work for multiple construction crews.
Monitor progress and quality of work across different areas.
Ensure adherence to project timelines and budget.
Resolve issues and conflicts that arise between crews of different trades.
Communicate regularly with project managers and stakeholders.
Enforce and Communicate safety measures and quality control procedures to subordinates.
Prepare and submit site activities progress reports to Project Management.
People Management:
Assists engineers in the technical evaluation of Workers on site
