Job Summary:

We are looking for a General Foreman with experience in overseeing high-rise building projects across UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day construction activities, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, and coordinating with various teams on site.

Job Responsibility

• Supervise and lead a team of construction workers, subcontractors, and tradesmen on site.
• Monitor the progress of construction projects and ensure they are completed within the specified timeline and budget.
• Coordinate with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow.
• Implement and enforce safety regulations and protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
• Inspect construction sites regularly to identify potential issues and address them promptly.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to workers to ensure quality standards are met.
• Keep detailed records of daily activities, including progress reports, materials used, and manpower allocation.
  
  

• Proven experience as a General Foreman in high-rise building construction projects.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage and motivate a diverse team.
• In-depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, and equipment.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and quality standards in the construction industry.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions under pressure.
