Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets in the furniture industry.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with key accounts.
  • Utilize industry knowledge to identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions to clients.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on the progress and status of account activities.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profit and benefit both company and clients.
  • Stay updated with industry developments, market trends, and competitor activities.
  • Attend furniture trade shows and other exhibitions to represent the company and explore market trends.
  • Design and propose product solutions that meet customer needs and desires.
  • Conduct regular account evaluations to improve service and product offerings.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts and reports for senior management.
  • Oversee the resolution of client issues and escalate problems when necessary for effective resolution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • A minimum of 3 years experience in account management or sales within the furniture industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing account portfolios.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client relationship management.
  • Ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach.
