Foreman

Role Purpose

The Landscape Foreman is responsible for supervising and coordinating daily landscape construction and maintenance activities on site. The role ensures that work is carried out safely, efficiently, and in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules. 

• Supervise and lead landscape laborers, gardeners, operators, and technicians on site. 
• Allocate daily tasks and monitor workforce productivity. 
• Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and specifications. 
• Coordinate softscape, hardscape, irrigation, and maintenance activities. 
• Monitor work progress and report daily achievements to the Site Superintendent or Site Engineer. 
• Supervise planting of trees, shrubs, groundcovers, and turf. 
• Oversee installation of irrigation systems, including pipes, valves, sprinklers, and drip systems. 
• Coordinate hardscape works such as paving, kerbs, edging, pergolas, and site furniture. 
• Ensure proper handling and protection of plants and landscape materials. 

• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in landscape construction or maintenance. 

• Experience supervising landscape labor teams on large-scale projects.
