Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Foreman with experience in interiors and fit-out projects to oversee and manage the day-to-day operations at construction sites.

Job Responsibility

• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and laborers to ensure efficient workflow on site.
• Supervise and guide construction workers and ensure that safety regulations are adhered to.
• Monitor project progress, quality of work, and compliance with project specifications.
• Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the construction process and provide timely solutions.
• Keep detailed records of all construction activities, including materials used, labor hours, and progress reports.
  
  

• Proven experience working as a Foreman in interiors and fit-out projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials specific to interior and fit-out projects.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a team and interact with various stakeholders.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Certification in construction management or a related field is a plus.
