We are currently looking for a confident and service-driven Floor Manager to join our team. At Le Café, the floor is where the guest experience truly comes to life.

We are looking for a professional who combines strong operational awareness with natural charisma, ensuring that every service runs smoothly and every guest feels genuinely welcomed.

The Role

As our Floor Manager, you will supervise daily front-of-house operations, ensuring seamless coordination between the floor, kitchen, and bar. You will take ownership of the overall dining room performance, driving service consistency, team accountability, and guest satisfaction.

You will lead by example, maintaining service excellence while supporting and motivating the team throughout each shift.

Your Profile

Professional Experience

Experience Required:

1–2 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial front of house role within a premium, high-volume restaurant or café environment.

Personality:

A dynamic, energetic, and vibrant personality is highly valued. French or another European language in addition to English is considered an advantage.

Guest Experience & Service Leadership

Presence:

You lead the floor with a welcoming and professional approach, ensuring warm and attentive service at all times.

Situational Awareness:

You anticipate guest needs and consistently uphold brand service standards.

Problem Resolution:

You handle guest concerns calmly and efficiently, maintaining a positive dining atmosphere.

Team Management & Coordination

Operational Supervision:

You oversee daily floor operations, ensuring smooth collaboration between all departments.

Direction & Motivation:

You provide clear guidance to the team, maintaining consistency in service delivery.

Training & Briefings:

You conduct briefings and support training initiatives to reinforce service standards and product knowledge.

Operational & Hygiene Standards

Brand Standards:

You ensure mise en place, cleanliness, and table settings consistently meet LPM standards.

Performance Monitoring:

You monitor service flow, sales performance, and guest feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.

Personal Attributes

You are naturally charismatic, composed, and confident, setting a positive tone across the floor.

You lead by example with professionalism, energy, and genuine hospitality.
