Field Technician

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain CCTV systems, access control systems, intercom systems, gate barriers, public address systems, and smart systems.
• Perform structured cabling, cable termination, and network troubleshooting.
• Conduct on-site inspections, testing, and preventive maintenance.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Provide technical support and guidance to clients during and after installation.
• Ensure all work is completed according to company standards and safety procedures.
• Prepare service reports and documentation after each site visit.
• Coordinate with the technical team and project supervisors regarding project progress.
• Respond to emergency maintenance calls when required.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a Field Technician or similar role.
• Experience in low-current systems and IT solutions is preferred.
• Knowledge of CCTV, access control, networking, and structured cabling.
• SIRA License is an advantage.
• UAE Driving License is a plus.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Physically fit and willing to travel to different project locations.
