Field Engineer

Role Summary 

The L2 Engineer will be responsible for managing and executing Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) & 

Managed Services for IT infrastructure and systems across client sites. This role requires proactive 

support, routine maintenance, client relationship management, and strong technical troubleshooting. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on IT hardwares, M365, softwares, server, and 

storage, networks and security, ELV devices. 

• Execute and manage AMC contracts, ensuring compliance with service level agreements (SLAs). 

• Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential upselling opportunities within existing 

AMC clients. Provide regular updates on troubleshooting progress to clients and internal teams. 

• Generate reports, plans, schedules and work towards improvement of preventive maintenance 

processes. 

• Ensure proper documentation of device troubleshooting as per ITSM guidelines.

Preferred Tools and Platforms 

•   Odoo (for ticket and contract management)  

•   MS apps, M365, Sharepoint, Azure. 

•   Network Monitoring Tools. 

Experience 

• 4–7 years of experience in AMC support/ implementation or engineering roles. 

• Exposure to enterprise IT environments and solution-based delivery models. 

• Certification- ITIL, CCNA, MCSE
