Job Description

Role Summary

The Fashion Production Manager is responsible for overseeing product development, sampling, production, workshop operations, inventory, and quality control at Amore.

Working closely with the Operation Manager, Creative Director, Fashion Assistant, Master Cutter, and workshop team, this role ensures every design is successfully developed into a commercially viable, high-quality product.

This position requires someone with both a strong fashion design background and hands-on production management experience. The ideal candidate enjoys balancing creativity with operational excellence and is capable of leading a workshop while supporting the growth of the brand.

About the Role

Amore is a growing fashion brand with a small and agile team. As with many growing businesses, team members take ownership of multiple areas of the business and work closely together across departments.

Although the responsibilities of this role are broad, they do not all occur simultaneously or on a daily basis. The role is designed for someone who enjoys variety and is comfortable adapting to the evolving needs of a growing company.

Fashion design experience is essential for this role, as the successful candidate will play an active role in product development and collection planning. However, the day-to-day focus will be primarily on production management and workshop operations, ensuring designs are successfully translated into finished products that meet Amore's quality standards.
