Job Description
We are hiring a Facade Designer to join our team in Dubai, UAE.
Job Title: Facade Designer
Location: Dubai, UAE
Salary: AED 3,500 – 8,000 per month
Availability: Immediate joiners preferred
Responsibilities:
• Prepare facade, shop, fabrication, and structural fixing drawings.
• Work on aluminum facades, curtain walls, cladding, and skylights.
• Review architectural and structural drawings.
• Prepare material take-offs, glass schedules, and extrusion cutting lists.
• Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and consultants.
• Ensure drawings meet project specifications and quality standards.
Requirements:
• Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.
• 1–3 years of UAE experience in Facade, Aluminum, or Architectural Metalworks.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
• Knowledge of Rhino or 3D Max is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of aluminum systems, curtain walls, and structural glazing.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• UAE-based candidates preferred.
