Event Venue Coordinator

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Event Venue Coordinator based in Dubai. This role is responsible for identifying, negotiating, and finalizing venues for our events across the city. The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation skills, a vast network, and a keen eye for popular and accessible locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and evaluate potential event venues (e.g., malls, hotels, and other high-traffic locations).
• Negotiate terms, including commission-based or rental agreements, to secure optimal deals.
• Obtain necessary permissions and approvals for hosting events in selected venues.
• Build relationships with venue owners, mall management, and other key stakeholders.
• Explore new and unique venue opportunities to enhance our event offerings.
• Coordinate with the event team to ensure venue requirements align with event objectives.
• Manage timelines and budget considerations for each venue booking.
