Job Title: Balloon & Event Artist / Party Host

Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative, energetic, and hands-on Event & Balloon Artist who can not only design and install balloon and floral décor and manage small event setups. The ideal candidate is artistic, enjoys working with kids and adults, and has practical skills for small-scale carpentry, décor installations, and DIY setups.

Key Responsibilities:

Decor & Setup

Design and assemble balloon installations: arches, garlands, columns, backdrops.

Create floral décor installations, using foam boards, wooden structures, or small carpentry elements.

Plan and execute small party setups (tablescapes, stage setups, themed corners, DIY décor).

Manage materials, props, and inventory for events.

Ensure safe and timely installation and breakdown of decorations.

Client Interaction

Collaborate with clients to understand themes, preferences, and expectations.

Provide professional guidance on decor, games, and event flow.

Other Responsibilities

Maintain studio, equipment, and décor supplies.

Stay updated on balloon, floral, and party trends.

Assist with transport and setup of props and materials when required.

Requirements:

Experience in balloon décor, floral installations, and event hosting.

Basic carpentry / DIY skills for small installations.

Excellent creativity and aesthetic sense.

Ability to host parties and conduct games with confidence and energy.

Strong client interaction and communication skills.

Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple events.

Physical stamina for lifting, standing, and setup work.

Experience with kids’ events is a plus.
