Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and experienced English Teacher to join our team at Al Tief Educational Institute, Dubai Knowledge Village. The teacher will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging English lessons to students of various levels, improving their language skills in reading, writing, listening, and speaking, and preparing them for academic success and international exams such as IELTS, Cambridge IGCSE, AS & A Levels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver English lessons that meet the needs of students of different levels and learning styles.

• Teach grammar, vocabulary, reading comprehension, writing, and communication skills effectively.

• Create engaging teaching materials and use modern teaching methodologies.

• Assess students’ progress through assignments, tests, and regular feedback.

• Prepare students for exams (IGCSE/AS/A Levels/IELTS) as required.

• Maintain a positive and supportive classroom environment.

• Communicate regularly with students and parents about progress and learning goals.

• Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and institute events.

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus).

• Minimum 2–3 years of teaching experience, ideally in an international curriculum (IGCSE/AS/A Level).

• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.

• Ability to use technology and interactive tools to enhance learning.

• Passion for teaching and helping students achieve their goals.
