Finkraft is a fintech SaaS company building a Finance Operating System for Travel & Hospitality. We help large enterprises and ecosystem players manage invoicing, indirect taxes, payments, and reconciliation through deep, domain-led platforms.

With UAE e-invoicing mandates, PEPPOL adoption, and multi-ASP payment complexity, Finkraft is designing a cross-platform, ASP-agnostic payment orchestration layer that is secure, scalable, and compliant.

Role Overview

This is a high-impact technical leadership role responsible for designing and building the integration and orchestration layer across multiple ASPs, payment rails, and enterprise ERPs.

You will work closely with Product, Tax, and Hotel domain experts to ensure real-world operational workflows are translated into robust, scalable, and compliant technical systems.

Key Responsibilities

ASP-Agnostic Integration & Architecture

• Design integration architecture to connect with all UAE-approved ASPs and future PEPPOL nodes
  

• Build a modular, scalable platform supporting multiple payment rails (corporate cards, CTA/BTA, NEFT/RTGS, UPI, virtual cards)
  

• Ensure seamless invoice and payment status synchronization across Buyer ERP, Buyer ASP, Seller ASP, FTA, and Finkraft gateway
  

Payment Orchestration & Reconciliation

• Build reliable payment orchestration systems with idempotency, retries, callbacks, and reconciliation
  

• Implement audit trails, logging, and transaction-level traceability
  

• Ensure accurate, near real-time reconciliation across all stakeholders
  

Security & Compliance

• Ensure PCI DSS compliance for card-based payments
  

• Implement ISO 27001-aligned security best practices
  

• Collaborate with Product and Tax teams to meet UAE and future market compliance requirements
  

Leadership & Team Enablement

• Lead and mentor engineering teams delivering high-scale integrations
  

• Collaborate with Product, QA, and Operations to define platform requirements and SLAs
  

• Translate complex regulatory and domain constraints into executable technical solutions
  

Requirements

Required Candidate Profile

Experience

• 10–16 years of experience in engineering or technical leadership
  

• Strong hands-on background in fintech or payments platforms
  

• Experience building high-scale, API-first, event-driven systems
  

Skills & Competencies (Must-Have)

• Payment gateway integrations (cards, bank rails, virtual cards)
  

• ASP / ERP / e-invoicing system integrations
  

• API-first and event-driven architecture expertise
  

• Strong security and compliance mindset (PCI DSS, ISO 27001)
  

• Proven system design, scalability, and operational resilience skills
  

• Comfortable working in a founder-led, high-ambiguity environment
