Part-Time Editor — NewsAvia International (English)

We are looking for a sharp, self-driven aviation geek to join our team at NewsAvia International — our English-language editorial product.

You will work closely with our founder and editorial director, writing and editing content that reaches the industry worldwide, namely:

∙ Write and edit original English-language articles, analysis pieces, and leader profiles for NewsAvia.com

∙ Conduct and write up exclusive interviews with aviation executives and industry figures

∙ Monitor and report on aviation developments across Africa, the GCC, Brazil, and Asia with a Lusophone angle

∙ Produce the weekly English newsletter for our international professional audience

∙ Collaborate with our European editorial team to identify stories with global relevance

∙ Support social media team

What We’re Looking For

∙ Native or near-native European English writer with strong journalistic instincts

∙ Genuine interest in aviation, aerospace, or international trade — industry knowledge preferred, but a fast learner is welcome

∙ Experience in B2B journalism, trade media, or professional editorial content

∙ Comfortable working remotely and independently with minimal supervision

∙ Familiarity with Africa, Gulf, or Asian aviation markets is a strong plus
