E-commerce Specialist

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of e-commerce experience in the UAE
• Strong experience in the FMCG industry
• Proven experience managing the complete e-commerce process, from opening and managing online accounts to successfully closing orders
• Experience with major e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Noon, Carrefour, Talabat, Deliveroo, Instashop, and other relevant platforms
• Experience in account onboarding, product listing, catalogue management, pricing, promotions, inventory coordination, order processing, fulfilment, and delivery
• Ability to manage the complete order cycle from order placement to delivery and closure
• Experience monitoring sales, stock levels, returns, customer complaints, and platform performance
• Strong knowledge of e-commerce sales, digital marketing, marketplace operations, and online business development
• Experience preparing reports and analysing sales performance, revenue, and KPIs
• Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills
